So, this function makes the whole idea of a question still can be transfered correctly with only slight interruption. However it also makes a different between the original question and the jammed question. So that's the idea.

Why this is important? Okay, as far as I know a professional spammer usually has a software and database of challenge question and answer. Every time the software sees captcha field, it will let a human spammer answer it. Then the answer will be saved in a database so that the software can use it in the future if it finds the same question. So, by jamming the question, surely, it needs a big database or extra tweaking since a question could be jammed into many sentence without loosing its meaning.
