Yep, It's already released. I've just downloaded it .
Personally, I'm still love the old theme. So I go to firefox and grab the old theme.
First impression was, this browser is awesome. Restarting the browser will never make us start to browse from the scrath. For example, if your computer power is suddenly shut down, you don't have to worry about the tabs. Firefox will automatically start with all tabs which are previously opened. For user using tab feature extensively like me, this feature is awesome. I usually open many tabs. Thanks to firefox that makes my life easier. 
Unfortunately, I have little complain for the default font size. I feel the browser panel is smaller than before. Hopefully it can be change. Another complain comes from the memory usage. Firefox, unlike any other popular browser, eats memory a lot more. I usually see this phenomenon when I let the browser run 24 hours. For sure, it uses around 100 megabytes. The usage is so big that usually I have to close the browser before the computer is hibernated.
I heard many new exciting features bundled in this version. Until now, except new feature on tab browsing, I haven't seen anything that benefits me yet.
