Started with rainy and stormy days, cooling down temperature, low humidity. Winter is coming to town! Now I can sleep without getting sweating. But the problem is, it's getting colder and colder in every morning which bother me to take a shower.

Right, what was happened after my confirmation seminar has over? Many things actually. I got some people visited me for a week on the day after the confirmation. Had fun in Australia Zoo, Gold Coast. Also, I did volunteering in Heroes Happens event (That was one of Microsoft events). And now, I'm preparing for a speaking engagement in a QUT-wide Microsoft event. My research? Still on going. Still waiting for the big thing from my supervisor. Meanwhile, I'm writing some codes assisting me in the experiment.

I just noticed that life as a PhD student is quite enjoyable. Why? Because I have a flexible working environment. Nobody cares what I'm wearing on. Nobody cares that I go out during working hours to the city for buying groceries. I could travel anywhere I want without paying any cent from my pocket (I'll use this opportunity to go to Europe for sure). Everyday is a new day, new thing to learn, new experience to get. Well, apart from those nasty deadlines, life is still good.
